Dear customer/client, we are aware that an external Debt Collections company recently encountered a data breach; however, this did not occur at Nimble. Nimble has invested heavily in processes and technology to ensure that we minimise the risk of any data breaches. Nimble is a credible organisation that fully complies with the following legislative acts:

  • POPI Act (Protection of Personal Information)
  • FICA (Financial Intelligent Centre Act )
  • NCA (National Credit Act )

Should you still be feeling uneasy, we recommend that you contact the South African Fraud Prevention Services (SAFPS), they are an organisation that assist you in preventing Fraud as a result of identity theft and impersonation to protect you from the associated financial impacts.
